Plan now! The Bear CLAW will close for the Spring semester the last day of class Thursday May 6.

The Bear CLAW drop-in math tutoring zoom room is now available. Log into your MyMissouriState account to gain access.   

The Center for Learning and Writing, known as the Bear CLAW, focuses on supporting students through a learning environment that encourages social interaction and collaborative work. Staffed by students trained in best learning practices, the Bear CLAW includes subject area tutoring, peer mentors and coaches, the Writing Center, office hours for GA’s and study session leaders, and delivers a variety of workshops designed to improve student success and retention.

The Bear CLAW is offering online services. 

Schedule a Blackboard Collaborate appointment with a tutor through TutorTrac. Or Log-in to your MyMissouri State to visit the drop-in math tutoring room. Note that online sessions may be recorded for training purposes.

Visit our ZOOM Bear CLAW

To access the Zoom Receptionist room log-in to My Missouri State, navigate to the Campus Life tab, locate the Bear CLAW block, and click on the ZOOM Bear CLAW space. You may also access the mathematics drop-in zoom room during regularly staffed hours. 

Hours: 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. Monday - Friday, January 11 to May 6, 2021; When classes are in session.
